HGS-40 semi-automatic Rebar thread rolling machine, was developed in 2018. Last year it was in the testing practice stage. After a period of market testing, we have improved a lot on the previous basis. At present, HGS-40 has been mass-produced. 
1. After modification, the screw angle is increased, so manual wire feeding is very labor-saving. 
2.The fuselage is enlarged, the fuselage structure is strong, and the fuselage will not twist and shake when processing large diameter reinforcing bars, thus ensuring the accuracy of the threads, the processed threads are full, and the phenomenon of broken teeth will not occur. Motor power and reducer quality are different. HGS-40 is suitable for pure copper motor and national standard reducer. 
3.Assemblable parameters: 4.5KV motor, 5.5KV motor, 7.5KV motor, reducer can be assembled: 1:17 reducer, 1:19 reducer, these parameters need to be assembled according to the processing diameter range. 
4. HGS-40 fuselage screw anti-seismic 10.8, the key parts of the screw anti-seismic 12.8, part of the use of screw anti-seismic 8.8. 
5. Some parts have different quality processing technology. HGS-40 is quenched with 40Cr chromium steel. The material is hard and the processing procedure is complex.
