Working Principle:
Rebar Upsetting Technology:
Cutting: 1) The end of the reinforcement bars is sawn square.
Cold Forging: 2) With the help of patented cold forging, the sawn end of the reinforcing bar is then enlarged. With this the core diameter of the bar is increased to pre determined diameter.
Threading: 3) An ISO standard metric thread is then cut.

Principle:
First, we use Upset Forging Machine to forging the end of rebar.
Second, we use Rebar Thread Cutting Machine to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
Third, we use Upset Parallel Thread Coupler to abuting joint two threaded ends of rebar.
