Part Ⅰ. Performance and Application
LWI-500 Type Rebar Threading Machine is used for building rebar end thread processing of a new type of multi-purpose machine. It could be used to Rib peeling and rolling threading technology, Directly rolling threading technology, BDC-2Steel Bar Threading (Cut) technology and so on. The range of processing is from Φ12 to Φ40, basic covers all the steel bar connection sizes at present.
Part Ⅱ. Fundamental
When using rib peeling and rolling structure, the rib peeling structure will be first peeling off the transverse and longitudinal rib of rebar to be rolled part, then useing the rolling head to rolling the thread, the rebar is installed in a card to achieve the processing of rebar thread. When using BDC-2Steel Bar Threading (Cut) structure,it is directly change the rib peeling knife tool to cut knife tool, then processing the thread of the upsetting rebar part.
Part Ⅲ. The machine features
1. Install in a card to achieve the rib peeling, rolling thread,fastly processi ng speed,high degree of automation, simple operation.
2.Innovation of the structure of the stripping rib way smooth operation, stripping rib surface is smooth, good type of thread rolling, high precision, good diameter size consistency.
3.Knife Tool installation fast and convenient, with special measuring tool,to ensure process consistency. Optimization design can make the tool with si mple grinding after repeated use, save the cutting tool materials. Through qua ntitative adjustment tool position different size workpieces can be realized.
4. Hydraulic equipment was adopted to realize automatic clamping workpiece and automatically closed, knife, safe and reliable, reduce the labor intensity of workers. Made of high quality linear guide as a motion mechanism, make the workbench and clamping mechanism of flexible operation, reliable, reduces the worker labor intensity, and can keep the machining accuracy.
5.It can be installed separately stripping rib rolling, rolling head, the process of making different sets of wire head operation, convenient replacement and achieve the goal of one machine. Making the machine a device structure is stable and reliable, convenient operation, reasonable cost, and the combination of machine tools.
